Step 1: Choose Your Perfect Finish

Start by selecting how you’d like your artwork presented. We offer three beautiful options to suit different needs and budgets:

Option 1 ​

Framed Print – Ready to Display & Impress
A beautifully framed, high-quality print designed to be the ultimate ready-to-gift option. Each framed print arrives fully finished — no extra shopping or preparation needed.

Print with Matting in a Protective Sleeve

A high-quality print mounted with a mat and placed in a protective sleeve. A great option for those who want a refined presentation with the freedom to choose their own frame later.​

Option 3

Print with Backing Board in a Protective Sleeve

A high-quality print secured to a sturdy backing board and enclosed in a protective sleeve. Perfect for safe storage, easy transport, or budget-friendly gifting without sacrificing quality.​

All options are produced at a standard size of 14 x 11 inches (approximately 35.5 x 28 cm) to fit easily into common frames and display spaces. All prints are produced on premium 100% cotton rag paper with archival-grade, fade-resistant inks to ensure vibrant colours and exceptional longevity — but only our framed prints arrive fully finished and ready to enjoy from the moment they’re unboxed.

Step 2: Add Your Personalisation

Provide the text you’d like printed on your artwork to make it truly personal. You can include up to three lines of custom text — for example, a family name, address, or a meaningful tagline.

Next, choose your preferred text style. We offer six beautiful styles to complement your home portrait and can help you select the one that best matches the character of the house.

Step 3: Confirm Your Order & Pay

Once you’ve selected your finish and added your personalisation details, simply review your order and complete your payment securely at checkout.

Step 4: Upload Your Home Photo

After checkout, you’ll be taken to a page where you can upload your photo. Upload a clear, high-resolution photo of your home’s exterior. This image will be the foundation of your artwork, so quality matters. Follow these tips for the perfect shot:

  1. Use a High-Quality Original Photo – Avoid screenshots or low-resolution images.

  2. Good Lighting – Take the photo in natural daylight; not too dark or overly bright.

  3. Keep It Sharp – Make sure the image is in focus and not blurry.

  4. Show the Entire House – Capture the full exterior so no details are cut off.

  5. No Distractions – Please ensure no cars, people, or animals appear in the shot.​

With a great photo, we can create a beautifully detailed and accurate portrait of your home.

Step 5: Review & approve

Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a digital draft of your custom artwork via email.
You can request up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost — including changes to:

  • Personalised text (names, dates, address)

  • Font style

  • Frame colour

  • Minor artwork adjustments

We’ll work closely with you to ensure your final design feels balanced, detailed, and perfectly “you.”

Step 6: Final Production & Delivery

Once you’ve approved your artwork, we’ll begin printing and framing your piece. Your finished portrait will be shipped within 5–10 business days after approval.
