How to place order
1. Add Personalised Text
Make your artwork truly yours.
You can include up to three lines of custom text — such as your family name, street address, or a meaningful phrase. This small detail transforms your portrait into a heartfelt keepsake.2. Choose Text Style
We offer six beautiful font styles to complement your home illustration.
Each house has its own character — some shine with elegant cursive, others with clean, modern lettering.
Since it’s not always easy to visualise, we’ll include your chosen font in your artwork preview. You’ll have the opportunity to switch to a different style before final production.3. Place Your Order
Once your selections are complete, simply add to cart and proceed to checkout.
4. Upload Your Image
After checkout, you’ll be prompted to upload a photo of the home you’d like illustrated.
Please review our photo guidelines to ensure your image captures the best angle and lighting for stunning results.5. Review Your Draft
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a digital draft of your custom artwork via email.
You can request up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost — including changes to:- Personalised text (names, dates, address)
- Font style
- Frame colour
- Minor artwork adjustments
We’ll work closely with you to ensure your final design feels balanced, detailed, and perfectly “you.”
6. Final Production & Delivery
Once you’ve approved your artwork, we’ll begin printing and framing your piece.

Refund and Return policy
We want you to love your custom artwork. Because each piece is made to order and uniquely created just for you, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, so please reach out if there’s any issue with your order.
Damaged items
If your artwork arrives damaged or there’s a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Change Requests
We offer up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost to ensure there are no spelling errors and that you're happy with the overall look of your artwork. This includes minor adjustments such as name or date corrections.
Any changes requested after the final approved revision may incur an additional fee.
