How it works
Step 1 - Personalise the Portrait
Add a personal touch by including up to three lines of custom text beneath the artwork. This could be a family name, home address, settlement date, or a meaningful phrase that makes the piece unique.
Personalisation is entirely optional. If you prefer a more minimalist look, you may leave the artwork without text, allowing the portrait itself to remain the focal point.
To complement your home portrait, we will carefully select one of six elegant typography styles that best suits the character and style of the house. You'll receive a preview before printing and are welcome to request changes if you'd like to explore a different option.
Step 2 - Place Your Order
Simply add to cart and proceed to checkout. Once the order is placed, you'll be guided through the next steps.
Step 3 - Upload a Photo
After checkout, you’ll be taken to a page where you can upload your photo. Upload a clear, high-resolution photo of your home’s exterior. This image will be the foundation of your artwork, so quality matters.
Follow these tips for the perfect shot:

Use a High-Quality Original Photo – Avoid screenshots or low-resolution images.

Good Lighting – Take the photo in natural daylight; not too dark or overly bright.

Keep It Sharp – Make sure the image is in focus and not blurry.

Show the Entire House – Capture the full exterior so no details are cut off.

No Distractions – Please ensure no cars, people, or animals appear in the shot.

With a great photo, we can create a beautifully detailed and accurate home portrait.
Step 4 — Review the Artwork
Within two business days, a digital preview of the portrait will be emailed for review.
Up to two rounds of revisions are included, allowing adjustments to personalised text, typography, and minor artwork details. The goal is to ensure the final piece feels beautifully balanced and ready to be treasured for years to come.
Step 5 — Production & Delivery
Once the artwork has been approved, production begins. Each portrait is professionally printed on premium fine art paper and carefully framed before being packaged for delivery. Finished orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days of final approval.
