You can include up to three lines of custom text — such as family name, street address, or a meaningful phrase. This small detail transforms your portrait into a heartfelt keepsake.
We will choose font style from our six beautiful font styles to complement the artwork. Since it’s not always easy to visualise, you’ll have the opportunity to preview the artwork and choose a different style before final production.
2. Place Your Order
Simply add to cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Upload Your Image
After checkout, you’ll be prompted to upload a photo of the home you’d like illustrated.
Please review our photo guidelines to ensure your image captures the best angle and lighting for stunning results.
Follow these tips for the perfect shot:

Use a High-Quality Original Photo – Avoid screenshots or low-resolution images.

Good Lighting – Take the photo in natural daylight; not too dark or overly bright.

Keep It Sharp – Make sure the image is in focus and not blurry.

Show the Entire House – Capture the full exterior so no details are cut off.

No Distractions – Please ensure no cars, people, or animals appear in the shot.
4. Review Your Draft
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a digital draft of your custom artwork via email.
You can request up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost — including changes to:
Personalised text (names, dates, address)
Font style
Minor artwork adjustments
We’ll work closely with you to ensure your final design feels balanced, detailed, and perfect for gifting.
5. Final Production & Delivery
Once you’ve approved your artwork, we’ll begin printing and framing your piece.
Your finished portrait will be shipped within 5–10 business days after approval.
